I am looking for some guidance in obtaining my brother's death certificate. Kenneth Wilford Brandl was born on 09/08/1925 and was killed in Okinawa while serving in the US Army. His death was by accident while working on a plane on 06/29/1945 on base. I was only 4 years old at the time and it was a good year or so before his body was shipped to White Bear Lake, Minn. Where and can I obtain a death certificate on my brother from the State of Minnesota since his death occurred outside of the US. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
