    3. There won't be a death certificate in the Minnesota, since he didn't die in Minnesota. They are issued in the location where someone dies. Is there some specific piece of information that you expect to find on the death certificate, or just some kind of official record? If you are looking for an official record, there may be a burial permit in the records of the cemetery where he is buried. There may be other places to find the data, if you can identify it for us.
