Hi list: I'm looking for the marriage cert. for Gustave Hans NILSSON and Emma Maria SVENSSON. They were married by a Rev. Svaard at a Swedish Lutheran Church in Sept 1885. I wrote to the Vital Records Ramsey Co., Dept. of Public Health and they said they checked from 1850 to 1892 and found no record. I can't believe if they were married in a church that there was not a record kept. Does anyone know what church this Rev. SVAARD belonged to? I know his daughter went to the First Lutheran Church at 8th and Maria.
