I can do you one better. I know of a woman (now deceased) who dug up and moved her husband (or the first wife???) so she coud be interred at his side. --I believe there were 3 spots in the cemetery. Note that the kids were those of Wife #1. I must add, however that she was a very nice woman, who did many good works. It's a fluke, probably was released from the Rootsweb filter by accident. Geeezzzzz -- it attached to my response and I felt so good when I was pretty sure I found the grandmother. BTW, for those here, I only used the first name in the database search and then narrowed it further by restricting the year of death to five years before and five years after. Shannon and I are pretty sure it is the grandmother remarried. She had divorced my grandfather, Marion Amos McFarlin, Sr. earlier. She died while my father was busy getting shot on Saipan and he didn't even know she had died until he came home. My father didn't go to the funeral and wasn't told where she was buried. I really would like to find her. I realize that St. Paul and Ramsey County have a lot of cemeteries, but does anyone have any idea how I can narrow this search? Does anyone out there know anyone who could do a lookup for me? Hi all, I am looking for any info I can find on a Mrs. T. H Smith that was living in St Paul in 1914. Looking for her given name...her maiden name was Lee....she was likely in St Paul from 1875 onwards. Could anyone pass me to the right people to look for this information? She is the last ancestor I am stuck on in a long line of Lee's. Also looking for a catholic church in St Paul that would have been around at that time (1875-1920) where I could request marriage records.
