According to the document it is Homestead Certificate No. 4068, Application No. 7435. "east half of the southwest quarter and the lots numbered six and seven of section six in township one hundred and forty-one north of range forty-six west of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Minnesota, containing one hundred and fifty-three and sixty-nine hundredths of an acre".
