Polk County Journal, 214 Mill St., 218-945-6120 Fertile Library, 212 Mill St N, 218-945-6137 Fertile City Office, 218-945-3136 I've been to the newspaper office. Was a few years back. The lady was very kind and I looked at papers all day at a high counter in the back room. You do have to request papers and she will bring them up from the basement. They had some very old issues.
