His name was Eugene Louis Quesnell and he was born in France 12Feb1842. That is really all that we know. Supposedly he was brought to the states by a Catholic Orphanage and when he grew up he ran away. He ended up in Owensboro Kentucky. I would appreciate any help. Thanks Dorothy Quesnell
