You'll probably want to stay at the Comfort Inn in East Grand Forks, MN or one of the hotel chains in Grand Forks, ND. It's just across the Red River. Be sure you check out the Special Collections Library on the 4th floor at the University of North Dakota. It's the best Norweigian genealogy research library in America.
