I appreciate your response and your kind directions, and will be visiting the cemetery the next time I am in Polk County. Since your grandfather was Ole Pederson, is your father Ellsworth Pederson? I am Vilda Syverson's grand-niece, her brother Albert's granddaughter. My father is Ordean Syverson. I visited Ole and Vilda's place as a child--she died when I was 18. I never met Viola, my first cousin once removed, as she died when I was too small, but my dad speaks highly of her. I would like to correspond with you regarding Ole Pederson if you are interested.
