Gulbran and Marie HAUGEN had children Andrew (my daughter-in-law's great-great grandfather), b. 12 Jan. 1882 Erskine, Polk Co., MN and m. June 1907 Crookston, MN to Emma NELSON; Christ; Lenn who married a BAKHE; Milla who m. an ERICKSON; and Marie who m. Ben MOLSTRE. I've recently been told that Gulbran's surname in Norway was Anderson and that his father changed the name from Anderson to Haugen/Hagen when they immigated in 1859. I'd like to find the obituaries and burial place of Gulbran and Marie and verification of their parentage.
