He was the half brother of my great grand father Nels Quist. They both came from Sweden. Nels came around 1880 and I think Peter was already here. I believe that they had the same mother different fathers. I know that Nels Quist's name was Nils Nilsson in Sweden and he changed it to Quist once he left Sweden. Peter Johnson Farmed in the Mcintosh area and I think he also had Maple trees and bottled maple syrup. He died in the early 40's. I am trying to find out who his parents where and where in Sweden he came from so I can find out something on my G-grandfather thank you
