Mn Deeds Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Mn/MowerDeed/10003 Surname: USCHOLD ------------------------- Articles of agrement made and concluded this 20th day of August A.D. 1888 by and between John Uschold Sr. and Margarethe Uschold his wife of the county of Mower in the State of Minnestoa parties of the first part and Baptist Uschold of this county and State aforesaid, party of the second part as follows: Whereas the said parties of the first part having this day conveyed to the said party of the second part certain lands, lying in the county of Mower and State of Minesota and described as follows; to wit , The South half of the North East quarter of section No. Eleven (11) in township No. one hundred and one (101) North, of Range No. Seventeen (17) West containing eighty eacres according to government survey. Therefore, in consideration where of the said pary of the second part (his heirs, executors and adminstrators) has agreed and does hereby covenand and agree that he shall and will deliver certain articles of provisions and perform certain duties for and towards the said parties of the first part as hereinafter mentioned during their natural life. 1) Deliver annually two hundred pounds good and healthy pork and one hundred pounds beef, three barrels of wheat flour, twenty five bu. potatoes, 2) Deliver weekly 2 lbs sugar, 1 lb coffee , dz. eggas adn 2 lbs butter. 3) Deliver daily 1 quart sweet milk. The said party of the second part shall and will also perform for the said parties of the first part during their natural life the following named duties as teming when necessary and desired, washing and attenting in infirmity and sickness and baking. It is precisely understood by the parties hereto that a certain mortgage executed by the said party of the second part on the premises herintofore described shall stand as security for the aforementioned deliveries and duties and shall bind the said party of the first part his assigners, heirs, executors and adminstrators , and it is further agreed that if the said parties of the first shall choose to receive their annuities in money then the said party of the second part shal pay in lieu there of annually the sum of one hundred and twenty five dollars.
