I am trying to find the marriage of my g-grandparents Thomas Cisar and Rosina Chovetek. They were married 1887 in New Prague (some info. states 1889). I checked the courthouse in both Scott County and LeSueur County with no luck. Any suggestions or help greatly appreciated!
