Would you like to claim August "George" Kuckuck too? He was found in Henderson Township, Sibley County (other side of the River from LeSueur) in 1895. He married my grandfather's sister, Ella N. Young, on January 1, 1881, in Le Sueur. It is said that August was born on February 6, 1845-48, (apparently the record is so faded they can't tell what is correct) near Bremen, Germany. He came to the United States with his parents in 1858, settling first in Illinois and in about 1858 in Tomah, WI.
