I don't need documentation at this time. I am just looking for an accurate date and location. Charles F Foster (b. 11/23/1912) and Ruth I Culver (b. February 7, 1917) were married in 1939. That much is accepted. We have two different dates in 1939 - April 9, 1939 and July 11, 1939. The family lore (both are deceased) is that they went from S Dakota to Le Seuer, MN to get married and then they went from there to Iowa to live for a year or two before they returned to S Dakota. If SKS could either find the info or point me in the direction of where I might find it, I would appreciate it. Driving to the County courthouse is a bit out of the question at this time as I live in Oregon.
