Here's what I found: Rosella Conklin female whilte widowed born: 6-12-1873 died: 11-10-1926 age: 53 occupation: housewife cause of death: chronic myocarditis another cause was listed as chronic something (couldnt' read the other word) birth place: Minnesota birth place for father and mother: Ireland father and mother's names: unknown I'll see later whether I can find an obit. through the library. I asked about the mental hospital records, but the person there didn't know. I'll see if someone at the library (genealogy group) knows.
