I have the Centennial Book 1871-1971 for St. John Lutheran Church, Harrison Township, Kandiyohi County, Minnesota. In the history of St. John there are pictures of the orginal signers of the Constitution. One of those photos is of a William Maier and he appears to be wearing a civil war uniform in the photo. There is a Wilhelm Maier who was buried in St. John cemetery in 1891. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
