Rapids, Mn.) today (5/6/10). The obit info on Dan Hines is very scant. He was 72 yr. old; b.?; farmer; cause death: mercury poisoning, 4-day duration; b. Wi.; parents' names unknown. There was no posted obit. I don't know if you subscribe to Ancestry.com? I think I found the family in the 1870 census living in Cameron (Steuben Co., N.Y.
