It was a regional history of the surrounding counties and mentioned the exploration of Father Hennepin, the wars between the Sioux and Chippewa in the area and talked about how the Mandan, the Teton and other western tribes had once been located in northern Minnesota. Anyway, when I went to return it to him, I put it in his mail box at work and someone else took it. I would like to replace this book if I could. It had a white, glossy cover and was bound with a plastic ring binder. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, please send an e-mail.
