Joyce: I called the Itasca County recorder's office. They did a search of mid 1960's to 1983, with no marriage recorded in their county for Wlm. McIntyre to Emma Decker. I don't know what to say, but I feel it's safe to rule out Itasca County. I wished I could have confirmed for you.
