He died 8/18/1924 in Deer River when my mother was 2 yrs. old. She has no pictures of him, or articles on this accident. I have recently acquired 3 newspaper articles, but no official obit. I was told that my grandmother had sued Super-Way but can't find any articles on it. Can someone please do a look-up to see if there was a lawsuit. I would love any kind of info for my mothers 82nd. birthday in Nov. thank you. [email protected]
