I grew up in Itasca Co, however, I am going to take a guess here. First, I am thinking this name of parish and village is Finnish...is it? Also I think it is a village that is extinct today. You will need to get some history of all the Post Offices and Villages in Itasca for the period of time you are searching. Maybe someone on the list has access to this information.
