Barb: Possible reasons you aren't finding her: 1. she married & changed her name 2. the spelling of her name was mangled in the index you're checking, so your spelling isn't finding it 3. she isn't in the 1930 census because she moved and/or was missed Also: have you tried listings for any family and/or friends with whom she might have lived in 1930?
