My questions are: 1) Has anyone seen an actual marriage application from back in the early 1900's? Will it give me their birth dates and parent's names? 2) Is there a way to physically go in and search the files and find them, either in birth or marriage records, and then order an application? I can't reach an actual person on the phone at Vital Records in Hennepin Co. to ask questions. Does anyone have a suggestion for me on this brick wall?
