I've "rescued" a group of old photographs belonging to the FRENCH Family of Maine and Massachusetts. The first is a photograph of Frank S. FRENCH which was taken at the Curtis Studio in Lewiston, ME. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1870's or 1880's with Frank likely in his 20's or 30's at the time it was taken. The second photograph is one of Frank Grenvelle FRENCH which was taken at the L. S. Tapley Studio in Lewiston, ME. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1880's with Frank about 1 year old at the time. The third photograph is identified as Lydia FRENCH HARMAN. This photograph was taken at the Towne Studio in Boston, MA, likely in the 1880's with Lydia appearing to be in her 30's or 40's at the time it was taken.
