Debbie, Have you searched for her at www.zabasearch.com? I find it helps me find living relatives. Just type in Terri Seck and you will find a couple of listings for that name. One is Terri L. Seck living in Lorretto MN, a phone number is given as well as a month and year of birth, which I believe is the one you are looking for. Both listings might be the same person, listing different places they have lived. It is my understanding that these listings come from public records and that's all I know about it.
