    2. Roy: I have given up on helping strangers because of people who expect me to spend my own money, in addition to my time, doing their research. It is not unreasonable to expect to pay the minimum expenses the person has incurred on your behalf. The MN History Center will search for obits for you, and I doubt that they make money on their fees for doing so.
