The $5 fee can be applied to membership in the Minnesota Genealogical Society, any of the branches, or the Czechoslovak Genealogical Society International. AFTER I looked all this up, I remembered that I had a couple of South High yearbooks, so took a quick check on my shelf. I have the 1930 Tiger. Your grandmother is listed on the commencement bulletin (which came in the yearbook when I picked it up at an estate sale last year). There is a photo of her on page 100. This is what it says next to her photo: "WALLUM, MYRTLE J. Blue Triangle, Torchbearers. Quiet personality, charming pleasing manners, Are bound to win for her some of life's choicest banners." She also signed her name on the Autographs page. I'd be happy to scan the photo and autograph if you want it. Jodi Magnuson in Minneapolis.
