Hello: Does anyone have access to the St. Paul or Mpls. City Directory for the late 1800's? I am looking for Joel B. and Elvira Tarbox. I found a possible J B Tarbox in the 1890 Census Substitute in St Paul, but that is all I am able to come up with. I have not been able to find them in the census for 1860-70-80.
