I'm a little behind... I thought the Ordeman name was familiar for a reason, so I looked through my data. I don't know if this will help or not, but I have a Charlotte Dora Goercke "Lottie" who married Robert Deloss Cummings. Charlotte was born 13 Nov 1862 in Wisconsin, and was the daughter of William Goercke born in Germany and Johanna (Jane) Ordeman born in Germany. She and Robert were married 21 Oct 1877 in Weston, Dunn, Wisconsin. She died on 19 Aug 1909 in Spring Brook, Dunn, Wisconsin and was buried on 24 Aug 1909 in Forest Center Cemetery, Dunn, Wisconsin. She was buried under her maiden name "Goercke" in the Goercke family plot. Dunn County News 26 Aug 1909 After suffering a few hours from a stroke of paralysis, Mrs. R.D. Cummings passed away at the home of Frank Goercke in the town of Spring Brook, last Tuesday at 3 a.m., August 19. The deceased arrived from Seattle, Washington the 1st of July on a visit. She is survived by a husband, 6 children, 4 brothers and 4 sisters. Her husband arrived Sunday to be present at the Funeral. The funeral services took place Tuesday 2:00 p.m. at the Forest Center School House. Rev. Harrup officiating and interment made in the town cemetery. I don't have a great deal of information on this family yet, but if you need any research done in Dunn County Wisconsin regarding them, send me an e-mail. ~Shiloh ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, July 10, 2003 4:32 AM Subject: Re: [MNHENNEP] Family Research ORDEMAN(N) > 1880 census: Menomonee, Dunn, Wisconsin > Ordeman, Gerhart, male, white, 67, married, b.
