The anticipated table of contents for the March 2004 issue of the Minnesota Genealogical Journal:31 is now on the net for your review. As usual, there will be 100 pages of records, many of which have not been published before. For example, it includes an index to delayed death certificates at the Minnesota Department of Health (these aren't in the on-line index); bios of Minnesotans who took the Matanuska Valley Challenge in Alaska, and divorce records from the Courts of Common Pleas in Ramsey and Hennepin County, the only counties to have these courts. The Courts existed for only a short time, in the 1870s. The records from Hennepin County have not yet fully been accessioned by the State Archives, but we've been able to extract the divorces from them.
