hello list- I am seeking a marriage of my GGG-grandparents, their names were Thomas Elmer Young and Sarah Ellen Mulholland( nickname Nellie) They were married April 9,1876. What I hope to find is their record, or date in Minneapolis City for that year, if marriage records do not go back that far. Thomas Elmer Young was born Jan29.1848 in Portland. Maine ( Nellie) Sarah Ellen Mulholland was born Jan 17, 1856 in Machias, Maine. I would like to rule Minnesota out before seking their marriage in Maine, They had 2 daughters Amanda Brown Young( Nicknme Pearl) she was born July 14,1878( Minneapolis) and Harriet May Young ( Ruby) March 20,1882.
