I recently was able to search the files in WestLaw (available at just about any legal library). I found some appeals to the MN state supreme court. For example I found Byrnes vs Sexton Minn 1895 (Aug 6, 1895) - 62 Minn 135, 64 N.W. 155. Since this is an appeal how do I find the original lawsuit? Where do I write? Are any of the civil cases index and available via the LDS for the 1860's-1930? Thx Tom
