Jan The newspaper of the time would have been the Minneapolis Tribune and/or the Minneapolis Star, I believe. The Trib was traditionally the morning paper (and the Sunday paper) and the Star was evening. Eventually they combined and are now the Star Tribune. BUT... the newspaper office does not maintain an archive of newspapers, they are all kept at the Minnesota History Center. they have all news papers published in Minnesota, most from the very first publication, on microfilm. You should be able to contact them and ask them to make a copy of the obituary for a small fee. Jo Hogle
