They are online beginning in 1997 I believe. For whatever reason I am having trouble accessing it myself tonight so I can't give you the exact detail. Go to <A HREF="www.startribune.com">www.startribune.com</A> On the left side scroll down to find obituaries - you may have to first go to the metro section - I am not 100% certain.
