PS Harold Nolden would be way too young. The draft was about 1917-1918. But I'd be happy to check for Thomas Hidley. Looks like Thomas Hidley was too young, too. I have found a few who were born in 1900 who sneaked into the draft, but looks like Thomas was too young for that.
