OK. My sites are willed to respective States. However, I don’t ever recall giving out passwords, etc. so someone else can get to it. I doubt very much there is a process for that in ND. Don’t know of one in MN. Maybe something LTs can think about for rules, bylaws, guidelines, or whatever. I know Shirley has a file for such things and should be a requirement of the SC or SCs to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the information they care for going forward. At the IAGenWeb we have administrative files that require a PW to get in to in order to safeguard this type of information.
