My issue is not that the banner is there; gave up on that a long time ago. My concern is that on the 1st, they added a search box for their ancestry.com site. Linda – I just checked my ND sites again and the top banner is still the old one – it doesn’t have the search box. Honestly, I do not believe that the banner we see now at the very top of the pages is meant to be threatening. YES, it is annoying. And we would prefer it not be there. Maybe if each of us COMPLAIN as we can individually to RW (and enough of us do it to merit their attention) then maybe they will consider....removing it. ?????? Just an idea....we should consider doing this as individuals and not corporately. They need to see numbers of folks that are not happy.
