We are offered the Rootsweb space without a contract and without signing away the site rights for them to display ads. I did use a "Hosted by Rootsweb" image at the bottom of each page. Mike, back in 2008 I think it was, when RW first instituted the Banners, the NC negotiated for a USGW banner. Their is a special tag you have to put on your page for the USGW Banner to appear, unfortunately I do not know what that code is, as at the time it was done, I had no sites on RW.
