I'm Michael Haase, the guy who did the research to find when William and family arrived at Philadelphia. EMIGRATION: Passenger List; ship Ann. Departed Liverpool, ENG aboard the ship ANN. Arrived Philadelphia 4 NOV 1829. List from Philadelphia Maritime Museum, 321 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, 19106. Copy of ship passenger list in poss Michael Haase, Eden Prairie, MN. We are 2nd cousins, 3 times removed. My grandmother was ida Meryl Seffens Wallace, she and Hiram Wilbur were sister and brother. I knew there were a few Seffens family members left in England. A few years ago I wrote letter to them but did not get any replies. There is mention in the Seffens family book by Margaret Seffens McKercher (now deceased) that William sent a letter to a cousin in Kent County, England. I think the southern part of London is in Kent. My email address is: [email protected] Please contact me. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
