She had a sister that the family called Arie. Their father was George Bartlett, who I believe died young because his wife Elizabeth Bartlett then remarried someone else. My great grandmother Etta shared stories of coming west to Minnesota in a covered wagon, so I do not believe either George or Elizabeth were born in Minnesota. I believe George might of been the son of Dr. Josiah Bartlett...who's father was Ezra.. who's father Josiah signed the Declaration of Independence.
