I didn't see Minneapolis Conservatory of Music, but a 1910 postcard of Minneapolis School of Music, Oratory and Dramatic Arts they have posted could be an earlier version of it. I searched 'Minneapolis Music School' which also shows MacPhail - if you have an address you may be able to find a relevant photo.
