Nichols. Could that be Adelaide Amy Morehouse? The Amy Morehouse that I know is my mother's sister. I wonden if she is named after her mother. I absolutely remeber my Gladys Paul. I do think she was my mother's sister. Gladys Paul married Andrew Paul and they lived in St. Paul. He worked for the railroad at the station there. There is some chance that she was Grandma Morehouse's sister. My sister gets mixed up and she coulded remember which. She does remeber Aunt Gladys and my sister Gladys was named after her. I am writilng some information about the Morehouses and their move to North Dakota, and I will send you a copy. Chester and Grandma were very good singers and made wax records. The family had a band. My mother played the organ and on Saturday nights they would travel to the neighbors for a dance. They played and sang. Hope you inherited that part of the Morehouses. II cna't carry a! tune in a bucket, but my son is very good. Best wishes, and I hope we are related. My mother lost tract of a lot of her family because she moved so many times during the depression. My sis also said that Aunt Effie lived in Wentchee, Wa. Effie was onoe of the olderst girls of Chester and Adelaide, Also, Sylvia, my oldest sister, thinks that Grandma Morehouse went by Adelaide or Adelia instead of Amy. Perhaps that is part of the mystery. Bonnie
