I am new to this site so note sure where to begin or the proper way to do this. Here's my dilema: I recently talked to a "shirt-tale" cousin and he said a while back a woman called him and wanted information about Alvin Carlson from Frost, MN, and said she was his daughter. Alvin was my uncle. My mother was his sister. He never married and no one ever mentioned a daughter. But I am certain she is indeed his daughter and I would LOVE to contact her, know her ... and share our family history with this unknown cousin! What a treasure! So ... any ideas on how to find her?!? Talk about backwards research! My only hope is that she has also tried to find family tree info online. Where would be my best places to post to try and find out if she has ever posted messages on how to find info on her father? Thank you for your time!
