Buried at St, Mary's Catholic Cemetery at Easton, MN. His wife, Mary Maria Pauly, died 12 July 1902 near Parker, South Dakota. She was buried on 13 July 1902 at St. Christianna Cemetery, Parker, South Dakota. Their children: Mary A (nothing further on her)., Appalonia (died age 12), Catherine (m. Frank Sippel) - after their marr, they settled on the Sipple farm north of Albert Lea, MN, Frederick (died age 31, buried at Easton, MN), Peter (m. Margaret Hillebrand), Joseph (m. Mae Rose) - lived and died near Parker, SD, John J. (single - lived and died near Parker, SD), George (single - lived and died near Parker, SD), Herman (died infant). Are you studying the Rothans or Pauly line?

Ransome B. Fezler Ransome B. Fezler, the son of Philip and Elizabeth Fezler, was born October 6, 1862, at Cambridge, Ill. He came to Minnesota with his parents in 1891 and they settled at Huntley. He married Ida DeEtte Saunders and to this union four children were born. A daughter, Pearl, preceded them both in death, dying in infancy. Other children are Arvil Fezler, Mrs. Ethel Smith, and Mrs. Lulu Campbell. Mrs. Fezler died April 8, 1902. Mr. Fezler has lived in and around Blue Earth the past several years, the last four years at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Weber. Mr. Fezler died there Thursday, Feb. 20. The funeral was held from the Burke Funeral Home Saturday at 2 p.m., the Rev. John Boerksen officiating. Interment was made in the Verona cemetery. Among the relatives from out of town attending were Mrs. Bert Babcock, Winnebago; Mr. and Mrs. Sumner C. Lance, Huntley, and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Fezler of Litchfield.
