    3. Generally, people have flagged these items of interest as a courtesy when they are of *genealogical* interest on many of the other Rootsweb lists. This is quite different from general advertising for a business. Your tagline advertising AOL is probably in greater violation of your view of the "rules." -JHintz [email protected] wrote: > Rootsweb does NOT allow advertising on the message boards or lists. > Thank you > Bob Sanders > MNFARIBA list administrator > > > > ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com. > > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message > > >

    2. Kathy Hines
    3. I have to squint at the picture, but it looks like the name on the papers could be Albert Bereck? Just saw this go up on ebay: Item number: 150137347905 Faribault County 1906 MN Mortgage Deed Wells MN vintage I really didn't know what to do with these, but a person came in and wanted me to try selling them so I'm following directions. This is a lot of two old legal documents which I guess relate to mortgages. One relates to satisfaction of mortgage and has dates 1903, 1904, 1906 all listed on here somewhere, George King was notary public. The second item is a Mortgage Deed, has stamp of H. Nelson, Well, Minn. on here, 1891, 1892. You may find some light spots or slight crease but a neat lot of two paper items for someone. Thanks for looking. SAM 248 roll 116. It lists a John Conrad Ewald death as June 10, 1887 in Emerald Township at 86 years 6 months and 1 day old. That would make birth December 9, 1800. It lists him as a widower. Birth was in Germany, and for mother and father, it only lists Ewald. I didn't find a Blue Earth newspaper for that date, for an obit. I am descended from Ernest's son Everett. Does anyone have any information about August and Fredericke's parents, immigration, or Fredericke's maiden name? I'd also inquire at the county courthouse for death records from 1885-1900. I agree with you on this one - he's not showing up in MN on the 1895 state census.
