I also found out that Sister Incarnata Girgen, in her research. originally the name was Thiessen and then changed to Girgen. It was Thomas Girgen Thiessen, then he changed it to Thomas girgen. I only have a little information. John and Elizabeth girgen (i'm sure there are many spellings of this in German) and they had 4 children 2 born in the states. Frederick and Lorenz or Lawrence.
