If I have the right Schaffer's, George born Feb 05, 1843 Heuthen, Thuringia, Conrad & Henry are the sons of John Schaffer & Catherine Stitz. Who were the spouses to Conrad & Henry? I don't know that being second cousins complicate matters, at times it makes finding other relatives fairly easy!! :) I have been at this for a couple of years. I have so many other family names in my files it's just a matter of hooking them all up. Yes, I live in MN about an hour from Hastings.
