Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/UGB.2ACE/482.486.487.1.1.1 Message Board Post: Hi, I looked to see if I had more info, but most of what I have was given to me by my sister-in-law. Our Christian was married twice and lived from the time of his immigration in Missouri. He parted company with his brother in either New York or St. Louis and never heard from him again so far as the family knows. Christian was single when he came overseas, and I assume his brother was also. We know nothing of the parents, as I have had a very hard time verifying Christian Wolf ancestry if he did indeed spell his name that way when he came to the USA. Thanks for writing. Maybe there is a connection some way, but I don't know how to solve the riddles.

Do you know what part of Germany your family came from.In this book it say's that mine came from Etzlinsweiler, Wuertemburg, Germany and his parents were Johann George Christian Wolf and Anna Marie Hammel. If I find in all my mess, the ships name then I will pass it along to ya. Kathy

My family connections do say that he entered through the New York Port; however, no one knows the ship. My Christian migrated and lived and died in Missouri.
