My great-great grandmother, Aurelia Nierman Peterson lived in Minneapolis(1910) and Mission Township Crow Wing(1920) She was originally from Missouri and as a widow came with her daughter and son-in-law Anna M & Isaac W Miller. In Crow Wing, he was a propietor of a summer resort. Their daughter Aurelia M. Miller married William M Beavers (son of John & Harriet Almeda Newberry Beavers) sometime abt 1916 and then their son William I Beavers was born in September 1917 in Crow Wing, MN Okay here comes the funny maybe not so funny part. In 1930, William Beavers is married to Blanche Sisk and has children. Today, I found Aurelia M. married to a George paneau (not sure if this is correct spelling) with a stepson to George of 12 yrs named William I. no last name listed and the census just lists him as Paneau. All the states and things fit with my family. George is now the proprietor of a summer resort in Mission Township. It seems Anna Miller died in Crow Wing in 1924 and I can't find Isaac. The original Aurelia Peterson did die also in 1924 and was sent back to Missouri to DeKalb County to be buried beside her husband, but I didn't see her on the death index. Does anybody know this Beavers family and what happened in 1924 to 1926. I assume there was a divorce. Does anyone know the Paneau family and if this is the correct spelling? Thank you for reading this and any information would be appreciated. Candy
